Azure Airlines is virtual airline for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Based in Christchurch, New Zealand—a vibrant city known for its resilience, innovation, and gateway to the stunning South Island—we operate a fleet of eight wonderful little skyward canoes: four sleek Airbus A320s, each equipped with the slickest sharklets, and four Embraer E175LR regional aircraft.
Our motto is simple: Onward, Skyward. We believe that aviation’s golden days are far from over, and we’re here to keep the spirit of flight alive with safe, reliable, and accessible air travel for all. Christchurch, with its modern infrastructure, rich cultural heritage, and thriving economy, offers a strategic and dynamic base for our operations (not to mention an unbeatable view for our crews!).

Azure Airlines isn’t just a company—it’s a community. Founded by immigrants who wanted to give back to the wonderful communities that supported them, we carry with us the values we grew up with: hospitality, kindness, and respect for all. These are the same values we see reflected in Māori tikanga (customs and traditions), where whanaungatanga (kinship and strong relationships) and manaakitanga (caring for others) are at the heart of every interaction.
