Azure Airlines (VA) is now accepting applications for a limited number of Airbus A320 and Embraer E175 pilot positions as we continue expanding our domestic and international network.
To promote realism and encourage pilots to develop experience within their assigned fleet, all newly hired pilots will be assigned to either the A320 or E175 fleet upon joining. Pilots are expected to remain in their assigned fleet for a minimum of six months before becoming eligible to request a transfer to another aircraft type, subject to operational requirements and position availability.
This policy reflects how many real-world airlines manage fleet assignments, allowing pilots to build proficiency and supporting stable scheduling across the network.
Pilot positions are limited, and applications will be reviewed as they are received. Successful applicants will join a growing airline committed to realistic operations, professional standards, and a welcoming community for flight simulation enthusiasts.
